Not the best of nights for Japanese Catch guys, but Ishida and Miyata picked up wins with Miyata landing some nice back suples.

Sakuraba lost to Miller though showed how potentially dangerous he still is when he got a hold of Miller’s leg. Unfortunately he used the same strategy as in the Galesic fight and allowed himself to get beat up. This time it didn’t work and Miller was able to transition to an arm-triangle and a win.

Minowa was mostly out-muscled and out-positioned by Ishii though nver gave up looking for a submission, looking close with a leglock at one point.

Tokoro perhaps was the most disappointing in his fight against Hansen as that was an even size match up.
